On the occasion of Fresh Veggies Day, fresh seasonal vegetables will be celebrated worldwide on June 16. The trend toward conscious, healthy eating is also reflected in Germany’s overall vegetable consumption. This rose again last year, from 8,780 tons to 9,095 tons.
