The Green Organic Dutchman Announces Stock Option and RSU Grants – Yahoo Finance

TORONTO, Dec. 2, 2021 /PRNewswire/ – The Green Organic Dutchman Holdings Ltd. (the "Company" or "TGOD") (CSE: TGOD) (USOTC: TGODF), a sustainable global cannabis company, announces that it has granted options (each, an "Option") to purchase an aggregate of up to 2,516,000 common shares of the Company (the "Common Shares") to certain directors, officers, employees, and consultants of the Company, of which 1,500,000 Options were granted to recently appointed directors and officers, and 1,016,000 Options were granted to employees and consultants. Each Option is exercisable into one Common Share at an exercise price per Common Share equal to $0.14. The Options vest as to 1/3 of the total number of Options granted on each of the first, second and third anniversaries of the grant date, and expire five years from the grant date. The Options are granted in accordance with the Company's share option plan adopted by the board of directors of the Company on May 12, 2021 (the "Option Plan").
Pursuant to the terms of the Company's amended and restated restricted share unit plan dated October 9, 2020 (the "RSU Plan"), 100,000 restricted share units ("RSUs") were also awarded to recently appointed directors and an officer of the Company, which will vest in two equal tranches, on each of the first and second anniversaries of the grant date.
