Mike’s Organic will host a pop up event at its new Cos Cob location on Saturday, April 30 from 10am-4:00pm.
In addition to a breakfast bar by Roost, Food Network star Christian Petroni making his famous Garlic Butter Sicilian pizzas.
Also, there will be a sheep shearing demonstration led by Farmer Pete of Sepe Farm and a chance to meet the farmers and do fun crafts with wool.
Expect the finest organic/locally sourced fruit, veggies, meats, eggs, dairy and pantry items. Also, there will be veggie seedlings from local farms to jump start spring and summer gardens.
There will be cookies and baked goods from Flour Water Salt Bread and varieties of bread from Wave Hill Breads.
Please note the event is outdoors in the parking lot. Parking on site is limited due to the market set up.
Mike’s Organic pop up will be at 600 E Putnam Ave in Cos Cob, where they plan to open a market this summer.
With its distinctive aqua and white theme, spotting the Coffee Luca truck feels like a vacation after the long cold winter.
