One Media iP Group PLC said Friday that Ebitda and revenue increased for fiscal 2021 on organic growth.
The London-listed acquirer and distributor of music rights said it made a pretax profit for the year ended Oct. 31 of 720,797 pounds ($939,126) compared with GBP734,043 a year earlier.
Earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortization rose to GBP1.6 million from GBP1.5 million, it said.
Revenue for the period was GBP4.4 million compared with GBP4.0 million a year earlier, driven by organic growth and portfolio management.

Looking ahead, One Media iP said the supportive market backdrop looks to be continuing with music industry growth projections accelerating and technology advances should lead to increasing opportunities to place content and grow royalties.
